Cinnamon and Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Never ever tried a coffee creamer… Yes, it’s truth! If I did, probably was on Starbucks, and I didn’t even know. 

But, for some time now, that me and hubby take our coffee at home before work, instead of going to a coffee shop.  

So I thought it would be nice to give something something to my morning coffee, giving good vibes and comfy feelings to face the day.  

I did some research as usual, and there are so many different recipes, as usual! 

This is what I use and did for my version:

Ingredients

– 1 can sweetened milk 
– 1 measure of the sweetened milk can of milk
– 2 tsps of cinnamon 
– 5 tbsps of vanilla (still using my homemade vanilla, need to buy more vanilla beans and add more vodka πŸ˜‰ ) 

Note: you should adjust the cinnamon and the vanilla to your taste. 

Mix everything together in a small sauce pan. 

Put the sauce pan in a medium heat and warm the mixture, 2 min. Don’t let it boil, we just want to warm a little to intensify the flavors! 

When the mixture is at a room temperature you can transfer it to a jar/bottle. 

Note: I always save the jars and bottles of the things I buy, you never know when you need it. For example in this case I’m using a bottle from a tomato sauce! 

Let it sit and then put in the fridge. 

I made it last weekend, and it’s still good. What I read was it will stay good for at least 2 weeks. 

You have to shake it really good before using it, the cinnamon will separate from the 2 milks.
